Acquisition Advisors | Tulsa, Oklahoma

Acquisition Advisors is an M&A/Business Brokerage Firm for
Small and Mid-Size U.S. Companies

Our clients are scattered throughout the United States, but concentrated in Oklahoma and the lower Midwest. Our buyers, however, are global. We seek to find the optimal buyer for each seller client – no matter where they may be located. Many are in the lower Midwest, but a significant number are located in the Northeast, and we’ve completed deals with buyers from Taiwan, Italy, and The Netherlands.

Sell-Side Representation

Although our name says “Acquisition,” about 80 percent of our work is sell-side representation. We help owners sell quietly, professionally, and for absolute maximum. Our proven, propriety process guarantees it.

Buy-Side Assistance

We join with buyer clients and their legal counsel to assist with valuation, negotiation, deal structuring, and consummation. We are here to help business buyers get smart deals done in an orderly, professional, and cost-efficient manner.

Business Valuation

Whether you want to know what a buyer might pay for your business (or ownership in one); what you should pay to acquire a business or equity interest; or need a formal valuation for tax, estate planning, or ESOP purposes, we deliver with skill and experience. We set ourselves apart from pure appraisers because we also do deals.

Litigation Support

David Perkins has practical experience and formal education in the broader areas of investment, economics, business transactions, and valuation. He has experience supporting parties in litigation and has served as an expert witness and court-appointed receiver. He’s a good choice for parties that desire practical and professional support in their efforts to successfully resolve business litigation.

Acquisition Advisors has one purpose – to serve others well.

One way we do this is confidentiality. The information our clients and prospects share with us is not ours. We do nothing with it unless and until we’re directed to do so.

In our society, you can almost always count on every person telling something to one other person. We are the exception. Our ego does not compel us to prove to others that we are “in the know” by sharing confidential tidbits about other people and companies.

At Acquisition Advisors, we’ve built a reputation for being confidential and secure. All employees of Acquisition Advisors have signed a promise of confidentiality and they know that, if they breach the promise, they will be terminated.

Yes, we earn our reputation for confidentiality every day. That’s why people turn to us time and again, and trust us with their most important projects.
