22 May Perkins Delivers Peak Performance at CFO Summit
May 22, 2014, Chicago, Illinois – An exciting education session titled “Lower Middle M&A for the CFO” was delivered today by David L. Perkins, Jr., managing director of Acquisition Advisors. The event — CFO Summit — was organized by Professional Systems Network International (PSNI), a nationwide network of leaders in audio visual and unified communications integration. Attendees were CFO/Controllers and owners of member organizations.
“Perkins’ delivered as billed,” said Chris Miller, Executive Director of PSNI. Topics covered included what small and mid-size companies are selling for today, and why; deal structures; who’s buying and the pro’s and cons of each buyer type; mistakes business sellers make; how to determine whether a purchase offer is fair; and how to sell a company for absolute maximum. “It was just what our members needed,” Mr. Miller continued. “We were glad he was available and he did a great job.”
